The seminar will be hosted by Adam Colquhoun and Katherine Stewart from WestmoreJacobs. Katherine and Adam will be discussing key employment law developments in 2020 and what to keep your eye on in the coming year.

Katherine and Adam will be covering:

• personal leave and other entitlements for casual employees;
• wage theft legislation; and
• High Court appeals of key employment law cases, including WorkPac v Rossato.
