Join us for a breakfast seminar discussing recent changes to the law regarding casual employment.

This seminar will explain the recent Full Court of the Federal Court decision in Workpac v Skene. In this decision, an employee who was engaged as a casual was found to be entitled to annual leave. We will also discuss the new model casual conversion clause that will soon be inserted into all Modern Awards.

A light breakfast will be provided and there will be time for a Q and A with Adam and Katherine at the end.
