Katherine and Adam will be looking at the common mistakes employers make when dismissing ill or injured employees. From a legal perspective, there are many pitfalls which, if not carefully managed, may expose an employer to liability.

• the do’s and don’ts of dismissing employees who have become incapable of performing their job due to injury or illness.
