WestmoreJacobs presented an in-person seminar on “Catching up on 2024: A Case Law Review”, on 3 February 2024. We caught up on major Court and Tribunal decisions in 2024 and explored important decisions impacting employers in 2025 and beyond.

We discussed general protections, the High Court’s decision in Vision Australia and decisions impacting enterprise bargaining in 2025.

It was a great chance to look into the happenings in employment law for 2024.
